The injection of a cement based grout is a widely used and well known method of lifting concrete slabs that have settled. Crack injection pressure grouting crack injection we use ultra low viscosity materials which can be injected to fill the narrowest of cracks up to 0 2mm in width thixotropic resins or cementitious materials are used for repairing cracks of greater width. Pressure crack injection can be used to stop leaks seal cracks and restore strength of cracked concrete. The same sequence as described above is adopted for injecting the cement grout also.

The process of grouting of concrete cracks is repeated with other holes till all the holes are covered. When a high pressure pump is used a higher quality and more flexible grout can be used. This procedure which is often referred to as pressure grouting or slab jacking can be a great alternative to replacing existing concrete slabs. This method is effective in sealing the crack in concrete but it will not structurally bond cracked sections.

There are two types. Cement grouting for cracks in concrete and masonry wide cracks particularly in mass concrete abutments piers and masonry substructures can be repaired by filling with portland cement grout. Epoxy crack injection utilizes epoxy grout to structurally weld cracks to permanently restore the integrity of a structure. A high pressure pump forces the liquid grout into the entire crack no matter how small the crack is.

Also there is usually a significant amount of grout that is forced outside between the wall and the ground to fill voids and make an additional water barrier.
